Situated on the resort side of the island, you're just a short walk to all the water activities on Catseye Beach, and a short buggy ride to the rest of the island's attractions.

Rooms.
There are two spacious bedrooms, both with king beds. The bed in the second room can be split into two singles if needed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

Comfort.
This apartment features all the comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable holiday, including air-conditioning, dishwasher and plasma TV.

Kitchen.
A fully-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a breeze.

Family-friendly.
Set over a single level, this apartment is ideal for a small family, with two bedrooms, and a cot and high chair available upon request.



Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
