Discover surprises around every corner at this quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bath Post Adobe home sited on a lush, private lot in the quiet Hatton Fields neighborhood of Carmel. Hop in the car and just a few minutes' drive will bring you to the Crossroads or Barnyard Shopping Centers, Carmel River Beach or to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea.

Living Space
Step through the wooden gate and cross over the Saltillo tile patio with colorful window boxes and an outdoor dining table and seating for 6. This space feels like an outdoor room and its cheerfulness sets the tone for the rest of the home.
Upon entering the home, wide plank hardwood floors welcome you into the living room which boasts comfortable seating, a fireplace and vaulted ceilings. A small table for two is set under a large picture window offering views of backyard flowers and pond.
Adjacent to the living room, a cozy den with a library, comfortable seating, TV and a writing desk workspace is a great place to relax or do some remote work.

Kitchen and Dining
The sunny kitchen has a petite dishwasher, tiled counters, an island workspace and charming built-ins.
Off the Saltillo-tiled kitchen, you'll find a small eating area that seats 4 with a whimsical glass jellyfish chandelier.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and garden views.
Bedroom #2 has a queen Murphy bed.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and a bonus loft area accessed by a steep ladder.
This home has two full bathrooms.

The garage is not available for guest use, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street.

Well-behaved dogs are possible with Homeowner pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
