Enjoy the sunshine and sound of the surf while grilling on the deck of this 1,324 sf, 2 bedroom, 2 bath comfortable Carmel-by-the-Sea home. Centrally located, just a short walk to the beach and town and close to the Pacific Repertory Theater and Sunset Center, your car might be the only thing that doesn’t get out much!

Living Space
This recently updated, one-level home (entrance is up about 15 steps from the driveway level) has a good sized living room with hardwood floors, plush sectional couch and a comfy leather armchair with ottoman and a gas log fireplace with brick surround. Smart TV with full cable package and DVD player.
The warm oak dining table seats 6+ and is perfect for enjoying meals together and playing board games.

Outside
Step out the Dutch-style front door to the large front deck to relax and enjoy the sunset.
The spacious, landscaped back yard features a raised deck with Weber propane grill, privacy fencing and strung soft lighting for outdoor dining.

Kitchen and Dining
The well-equipped kitchen has some nostalgic mid-century elements like the 50's-style diner table and 4 chairs and wallpaper feature walls, but doesn't fall short on modern conveniences like a stainless steel dishwasher, wall oven and 4-burner electric cook-top, as well as the adjacent laundry room. The kitchen sink is situated under a sunny, corner bay window.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king bed, more vintage elements including a sit down vanity, and en suite bath with a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed plus a bonus single/twin size bed, and has direct access to the guest bath with a shower-over-tub combination which also has convenient access from both the hall and the laundry room/kitchen side of the house.

The dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer is located off of the kitchen.

Off-street parking is available in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.

Well-behaved dogs may be welcome with Homeowner pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
