Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment. Please note there is no lift and access is via two internal flights of stairs. Palm on Gipps is located in a small, quiet dwelling of only three apartments and is on the top floor with its own private landing. There is a third bedroom that is locked and not available for guest use. Onsite visitor parking (subject to availability) and free street parking are available nearby.

Other things to note:
We’ve tried to think of the little extras that make a stay easy and enjoyable. Board games are provided for cosy nights in. Bath and beach towels are included, so you can pack light for your coastal getaway. Guests have exclusive use of the full kitchen and laundry, including washer and dryer. A Big Green Egg charcoal BBQ is available for guest use on the balcony. It’s perfect for long, slow cooks or simple seaside grilling after a day at the beach. Charcoal and basic BBQ tools are provided - please use with care and ensure it is cleaned after use.
