Newly renovated luxury 2 bedroom townhouse which can accommodate up to 6 people with off street parking.
Kim is happy to accommodate flexible checking arrangements when available.
Book now for an idyllic getaway, sitting on the balcony or in the front yard watching the kids surf.
The space
The location is the perfect position to enjoy a relaxing beach escape.
The town house is set up as follows;
- Downstairs has large open plan lounge, dinning, modern kitchen with laundry and toilet attached. There is a Queen size fold out sofa bed plus study nook in lounge room don't forget about the 75" Android TV. Free WIFI.
- Upstairs has 2 generous bedrooms both with king size beds and a full size Bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have oversized built in wardrobes.
Bedroom two has a king size bed which can be converted into two singles.
- Outdoor area with dining table. Webber family Q, BBQ.
- There is also a clothes line in the court yard.
Directly across from Austinmer Surf Club.
Close to Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Bars and public transport. Perfect for the family getaway.

We allow small pets on request. They must be declared on booking. We don’t allow them on the furniture or bedding and request they are kept to the ground floor. We also ask that any doggie ablution is picked wth the bags provided and hygienically disposed of. If there is evidence of pets having been on the furniture or upstairs including bedding we will request a further cleaning fee of $150.
NOISE
Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise, music and unruly behaviour is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received; a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. We have a limited noise policy from 8pm and strictly no noise from 10pm. Unfortunately we do not except groups of males.
CLEANING
Unit must be left in the condition they were in upon guests arrival. Excess cleaning fees up to $500 may apply (e.g. rubbish not being removed, dishes not washed and put away, barbecues not cleaned). Please report any existing damage to the unit upon your arrival. Please immediately report any damage which occurs during your stay.

Hi, my name is Kim and I have lived in the area for 25 years. My husband and I have three children which we have loved bringing up in this beautiful community. As a family, we love to travel around Australia and overseas experiencing different Airbnb’s, hotels and stays, in which made us realise the beautiful and unique part of the world that we live in, as we are yet to find a place we love more than Austinmer.
The spectacular beaches, coastal walks, bush walking tracks, restaurants and entertainment are all right on your doorstep. Bus and train are close 2min walk. As we are dog friendly, we have a dog beach only 5min walk away. We are one hour south of Sydney by car. We are also close to the Royal National Park.
