Surrounded by nature, you’re close to stunning walking trails and just a short drive from the famous white sands of Hyams Beach and the breathtaking beaches of Booderee National Park. Huskisson is nearby for shops, cafés, and restaurants, while Vincentia Woolworths is just a 10-minute drive away. The property is also conveniently located just 5 minutes from Hyams Beach, 10 minutes from Booderee National Park’s Murray Beach, and 5 minutes from Home Co Marketplace and the Vincentia Shopping Centre.

The main house features a king bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom with a king single bed and a separate bathroom, and a light-filled open-plan living and dining area. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry opens to the outdoors, where a gas BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven make entertaining effortless. The home is passively heated via solar design, and check-in is from 3:00 pm with check-out at 11:00 am.

The adjoining studio offers additional privacy with a queen bed, ensuite, separate entrance, and an alfresco kitchenette complete with microwave, toaster, bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities, crockery, and cutlery. A private outdoor dining area provides a perfect spot to relax in the garden.

Guests have access to undercover off-street parking for two cars via Gurumbi Laneway, however there is no access to the garage. The outdoor areas are finished with riverstone pebbles and there is no grassed area. The property is pet friendly with a $100 pet fee; guests are required to bring their own pet bedding, ensure pets stay off furniture, clean up all droppings, and pets must not be left unattended. A dog run is available out the back door between the studio and the butler’s pantry.
