You’re also just a short stroll from Main Street, where you’ll find incredible restaurants, local shops, live entertainment, and more - all right outside your door.

Adding to the fun, Snoozin Nancy has its very own logo, NZzz, with 13 hidden throughout the house. No guest has ever found all 13, making it a playful challenge during your stay. Inside, the home also tells a story of Park City’s past, with historic photos and memorabilia lining the walls, giving the space a unique sense of place and a true connection to the town’s rich history.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up easy meals, with a breakfast bar seating three and a dining table that seats six. The upstairs living room offers plenty of cozy furnishings for your whole group to relax by the fireplace or settle in for a movie night. Downstairs, a second living and game room with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and wet bar gives everyone room to spread out and unwind. Just outside each level, guests can enjoy a private deck to take in the fresh mountain air, or warm up in the sauna after a day of adventure.

The spacious main suite features a king bed, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom includes a king bed, the third offers a queen bed, and each has a shared full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in each living room provides additional sleeping space. Each bedroom offers a comfortable, quiet place to recharge for the next day.

Additional amenities include air conditioning for summer comfort, a private washer and dryer, parking for two cars, and a gas grill. Please note: Park City Mountain’s Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate rating.
