Thank you for your feedback Brian. We’re very glad to hear you enjoyed the recently remodeled kitchen, found the home well-appointed, and appreciated the spacious living area and enclosed garage. It’s great to know the layout worked comfortably for your group. Regarding the walk to the Town Lift, our listing states the distance in approximate terms based on standard walking time. The typical walk is about 3–5 minutes in regular footwear. Travel time can vary depending on weather conditions, snowpack, and walking in ski boots, which understandably slows the pace. We regret if this felt longer than expected during your stay. The city also offers free bus transportation. In reference to bedroom storage, each bedroom is equipped with closet space and hanging storage. While not all rooms include standalone dressers, the available closet configurations are accurately reflected in the listing photos. We will, however, evaluate whether adding additional drawer units would enhance guest comfort. As for bathroom hooks and towel storage, towel bars are installed in each bathroom. We were not notified during your stay that additional hooks were needed, but we appreciate the suggestion and will review this with our maintenance team. Most importantly, we take concerns about cleanliness very seriously. The hot tub is professionally serviced and inspected prior to each arrival. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and responsive service, and we regret if any aspect of your stay did not meet expectations.
