The apartment is attached to the main house but has a separate entrance and is located under the garage so it is very private. The apartment has its own separate patio with direct access to 300’ of Lake Vernon shoreline. Hard packed shallow entry sandy shore and deep water off the dock.

One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 double beds.

Tap water is sourced from a drilled well. It is filtered and UV sterilized so it is safe to drink.
