Inside, the villas are designed for easy lakeside living, with two bedrooms—a serene Queen bedroom and a second room with a triple bunk bed—ideal for families or groups. The modern kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, fridge, and dishwasher, and the living area features a smart TV, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and a private balcony or patio with tranquil water views. Ample onsite parking is also available.
During your stay, other guests may be in the neighbouring villas, using the communal facilities and contributing to a friendly, social setting perfect for families and groups seeking space, nature, and community vibes. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas, a grass recreation area, and a river jetty for boating and fishing, complete with a boat ramp and trailer parking. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.
Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.
Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.

As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions.
