Guests have access to the entire house and surrounding grounds immediately around the home.
This is a working rural property, but your stay is private and quiet.
Guests can access the creek but be aware that other guests may be camping there.

• This is a well-maintained older home, not a modern renovation
• No WIFI. Telstra reception only, no Optus.
• No dishwasher
• Ideal for families and guests seeking space and calm
• Wildlife and farm sounds are part of the experience
• Dogs are permitted but the house DOES NOT HAVE FENCING so your animal must be able to be recalled. There are cattle and horses and plenty of kangaroos so dogs must not chase any animals. Please put your dog on a leash if taking it to the creek as other guests may have their dogs off leash. Guests can safely leave their dogs in the shed when not at the house.

All linen is provided for the 3 bedrooms but guests must bring their own bed sheets, doonas, pillows etc for the extra sleeping areas (sunroom double futon and tv room fold out double couch).
