The Kitchen
• Custom cabinets and ocean views
• Stainless steel appliances - full size refrigerator, glass cooktop, oven, microwave and pots, pans, dishware and glassware, Crockpot, Instant Pot, Blender
• Put your favorite meal in the crockpot provided and when you come in from the beach dinner is ready.

Dining Areas
• Dining area off kitchen seats four, where you can enjoy a relaxing meal at home
• Another 4-seater dining table outside on the screened-in veranda that looks out at the beach and ocean.

Living Room
• Wall of glass doors which opens to screened, private veranda and has direct unobstructed views of the beach and the ocean. You cannot see your neighbors.
• Curl up after a long day on the beach to enjoy watching movies on 52" flat screen DishTV with 252 channels or your favorite streaming channels from the comfortable sofa that seats 2 and the 2 recliners that rock and swivel.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
• There are 2 large bedrooms both with king size beds and ample closet space.
• Primary Bedroom: Enjoy hearing the waves hit the beach to rock you to sleep at night in the ocean side bedroom that has a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors with separate private access to the screened-in veranda.
• Guest Bedroom: The second king size bedroom is garden view with 2 La-Z-Boy swivel rockers and flat screen TV for added privacy and separate area to watch TV.
• Both bedrooms have fully updated en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, renovated in 2022
• Bathroom amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, blowdryer, washcloths and towels.

• Full size washer and dryer with detergent
• Over 8 beaches are within a 3-10 minute drive from the condo, 3 are walking distance.
• Plenty of beach towels, deck box on front porch offers guests the use of various rafts and other beach gear
• There is a pool and hot tub membership included with this rental and the pool is just steps from the condo.
• There is a pool bar and a full restaurant adjacent to the pool.
• Beach chairs are provided at the beach.
• Designated parking for 1 car.
• Gated Cowpet Bay West Community has a guard on duty at night.
• We are located between the Ritz Carlton and the Yacht Club, you can walk to either. In addition to Caribbean Fish Market or Sangria's located on property.
• You may also have housekeeping during your stay for an additional charge with advance notice.

The Area
The condo is a short drive to Red Hook which is famous for it's nightlife with lots of choices of restaurants. A marina and marina office where you can take charter power boats or sail boats for day excursions. There is a people ferry and car ferry to St John and Ferries to the British Virgin Islands. There is Chelsey Drug Store and Moe's Grocery Store along with a gas station, clothing stores and nail salon.

The Island
Spend the day in Charlotte Amalie where the cruise ships doc and you will find boutique shops with clothing, jewelry and souvenirs in this historic district of shopping right on the beautiful waterfront. Head to Magens Bay Beach for the day and soak in the sun while enjoying a beach hailed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The park offers lounge chairs, gift shop, restaurant and bar area. There are alot of wonderful restaurants on St Thomas. Stop in at Yacht Haven Grande between Charlotte Amalie and Havensight and you will see some of the worlds largest private Yacht's in their slips.
