Located directly on the beach in the desirable, bustling East End of St. Thomas, this highly sought-after corner unit is mere steps to the beach, pool, hot tub, and dining all within a gated community. You simply can't get any closer to amenities that will keep you coming back year after year!

The two-bedroom, two-bath residence is designed for privacy and comfort, with both bedrooms offering en-suite bathrooms. Step from the front porch onto a private sidewalk that leads just seven steps down to the sand, making beach days effortless. Inside, double doors open into a spacious foyer with immediate ocean views and a conveniently located laundry room. Thoughtful details elevate the experience throughout, including professionally cleaned, all-white 100% cotton linens and down pillows that look, feel, and smell impeccably fresh, setting the tone for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

The Kitchen
• Custom cabinets and ocean views
• Stainless steel appliances - full size refrigerator, glass cooktop, oven, microwave and pots, pans, dishware and glassware, Crockpot, Instant Pot, Blender
• Put your favorite meal in the crockpot provided and when you come in from the beach dinner is ready.

• Dining area off kitchen seats four, where you can enjoy a relaxing meal at home
• Another 4-seater dining table outside on the screened-in veranda that looks out at the beach and ocean.

Living Room
• Wall of glass doors which opens to screened, private veranda and has direct unobstructed views of the beach and the ocean. You cannot see your neighbors.
• Curl up after a long day on the beach to enjoy watching movies on 52" flat screen DishTV with 252 channels or your favorite streaming channels from the comfortable sofa that seats 2 and the 2 recliners that rock and swivel.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
• There are 2 large bedrooms both with king size beds and ample closet space.
• Primary Bedroom: Enjoy hearing the waves hit the beach to rock you to sleep at night in the ocean side bedroom that has a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors with separate private access to the screened-in veranda.
• Guest Bedroom: The second king size bedroom is garden view with 2 La-Z-Boy swivel rockers and flat screen TV for added privacy and separate area to watch TV.
• Both bedrooms have fully updated en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, renovated in 2022
• Bathroom amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, blowdryer, washcloths and towels.

• Full size washer and dryer with detergent
• Over 8 beaches are within a 3-10 minute drive from the condo, 3 are walking distance.
• Plenty of beach towels, deck box on front porch offers guests the use of various rafts and other beach gear
• There is a pool and hot tub membership included with this rental and the pool is just steps from the condo.
• There is a pool bar and a full restaurant adjacent to the pool.
• Beach chairs are provided at the beach.
• Designated parking for 1 car.
• Gated Cowpet Bay West Community has a guard on duty at night.
• We are located between the Ritz Carlton and the Yacht Club, you can walk to either. In addition to Caribbean Fish Market or Sangria's located on property.
• You may also have housekeeping during your stay for an additional charge with advance notice.

The Area
The condo is a short drive to Red Hook which is famous for it's nightlife with lots of choices of restaurants. A marina and marina office where you can take charter power boats or sail boats for day excursions. There is a people ferry and car ferry to St John and Ferries to the British Virgin Islands. There is Chelsey Drug Store and Moe's Grocery Store along with a gas station, clothing stores and nail salon.

The Island
Spend the day in Charlotte Amalie where the cruise ships doc and you will find boutique shops with clothing, jewelry and souvenirs in this historic district of shopping right on the beautiful waterfront. Head to Magens Bay Beach for the day and soak in the sun while enjoying a beach hailed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The park offers lounge chairs, gift shop, restaurant and bar area. There are alot of wonderful restaurants on St Thomas. Stop in at Yacht Haven Grande between Charlotte Amalie and Havensight and you will see some of the worlds largest private Yacht's in their slips. Enjoy the views of the island by taking a tour in an open air Safari/Taxi

Holly’s condo was perfect! It is directly on the beach and access to the pool and restaurants at the resort next door was a definite bonus! The condo was very comfortable for four adults and included many thoughtful details. While we didn’t cook much while there, the kitchen seemed to be well stocked for doing so. We took advantage of the short drive to Red Hook where we were able to get groceries and enjoy some wonderful restaurants. Holly’s guidebook was very helpful pointing out things to do, restaurants and travel tips for our stay on St. Thomas. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great Location

This condo is the perfect location on a beautiful, quiet beach. It’s only a few steps down to the beach. The screened in patio has a beautiful view of the beach. It is so nice to sit out there in the mornings and evenings to soak it all in. The condo is very comfortable. The beds (and bedding) are SO comfortable! We slept really well. The TVs were not connecting in the bedrooms but we didn’t work with it too long as we were there to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you need. Be aware that the coffee maker is not a keurig (if you are planning to bring your own coffee). We ended up walking to Sangria’s each morning to get coffee. It’s just across the beach. The beach was well-maintained, with snorkeling right there. The pool was nice. Both the restaurants on the property are good. We would definitely stay here again!

Super clean and comfortable condo steps from Cowpet Bay beach

Holly has provided a beautiful and extremely comfortable place to stay right on the beach on the east side of St Thomas. Full kitchen, filtered water from the fridge, dishwasher. Good knives and basic spices. The most comfortable beds and recliners. The screened porch allows time outdoors without bugs and seating for up to 4 adults. Bug spray, sunscreen, calamine lotion all on the counter. Plentiful pillows and blankets and you can set the AC temp to your comfort for sleep. There are 2 restaurants on property. We ate at Caribbean Fish market and good food and service. Holly also provides water sport supplies like floaties and paddle boards. Nice towels including beach towels. Booklet of local resources and all you need to know about the condo and the area. Beautiful 2 bath with spotless showers in each.Easy access to Holly by text if questions while there and fast replies to VRBO messaging before arrival. Secure entry in a safe location. We would 100% recommend this property for two couples to stay. Two king bedrooms. The beach is clean and we always had chairs available when using it. Swimming in clear turquoise waters. Stay here you won’t regret it.

Perfect private oasis

We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway! The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the beach, with a screened-in porch that offers stunning views of the ocean, passing boats, and lush mountain scenery. Waking up to that view each morning was absolutely breathtaking.One of the highlights of our stay was having great dining options right on the property. Sangria’s Beachside Bistro was perfect for casual lunches and afternoon cocktails. For a more upscale dinner, the Caribbean Fish Market exceeded our expectations, especially the grouper, which was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The pool and hot tub were also a nice addition! The condo itself was beautifully decorated with a clean, coastal aesthetic that felt both stylish and homey. The king beds were extremely comfortable, and the layout provided plenty of space for our group of four to relax without ever feeling crowded. The unit was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our stay from day one.Overall, this condo checked every box for us — comfort, location, amenities, and convenience. This IS the perfect place to stay if you want close to the beach and luxury.

This property was exactly as described. The view was perfect. Perfectly clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. This place even has its own app for you to download with instructions for everything as well as great local information and directions. The outside amenities are just as great. The pool next door (as close as the beach) with a nice hot tub and its own beach bar was very nice to have. You also have two restaurants within a couple hundred yards. The property was well stocked with beach towels and bath towels. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

Beautiful Condo

Holly's place was absolutely amazing in every way. It was immaculate, equipped with all the necessities (and some) and the view of the beach was beautiful! All of the communication we had with Holly was very prompt and she was extremely helpful with anything that we needed. She has a book of local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, shopping, and excursions which we found very helpful. We would highly recommend her place to any family or friends who plan on traveling to Saint Thomas.The only drawback (no fault of Holly's) was we could not get any Wi-Fi service or cell service in the condo due to the concrete buildings. We found if we shut off our Wi-Fi we were able to get cell service on the balcony only.

A slice of heaven!

We loved this cute condo nestled right in Cowpet Bay- so lovely! We spent a lot of time on the outdoor, screened in patio. Location is perfect- right next to two restaurants (walkable) and close to town for groceries, etc and many of the beaches we explored. Parking was easy and convenient. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! We can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this gem!

The location of the property is great. Large complex but never felt overcrowded. There were always plenty of beach chairs and it was generally very quiet. Onsite restaurant/bar (Caribbean Fish Market) was wonderful. Great food and great atmosphere. One other casual open-air dining option on property that was also very good for breakfast and lunch. The condo is advertised as "Directly on the beach" which is a bit misleading. While the back of the condo has a lovely view and does look out on the beach you are not able exit from the rear lanai directly to the beach. Granted, it is a very short walk around the building to get there but we were expecting to walk straight out as we had in several other properties we have visited. The back of the condo is elevated so that is not possible here. The condo itself is very dated. Beds were very comfortable, and the showers were nice, but the furnishings were quite old/worn. The numbers/letters on the dials for the stove were worn off. The fridge and dishwasher were fine. The dryer vent filter obviously had not been cleaned in ages. It was so jammed we had to use a coat hanger to remove large clumps of lint from inside the vent to eliminate a fire hazard. The condo was generally pretty clean but is in need of a serious deep cleaning.

Amazing Weekend!

The photos do not do this place justice. Perfect villa for two couples! There is enough separation for privacy but beautiful shared spaces to enjoy together. The bay itself is gorgeous. Our meal at the onsite restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market was our best meal of the week….and we paid alot more at other places in Red Hook. Holly really looked after us during our stay. Extremely responsive and she made sure we knew about a tsunami alert.and when it was cancelled.

very good place to stay

We are two couples in the trip, and we have a good experience of staying with this property. The property locates in a gated community with quiet neighborhood. There are all necessary facilities in the complex, pool, hot tub, beach bar and the restaurant, all with walking distance. It is also close to the town of Red Hook where you can have more restaurants, bars, grocery and the ferry to go to St. John Island and BRVI. The best thing for this property is that our unit is just steps away from the beach as described. You can either seat on the screened patio to enjoy the view of the beach or walk down to it very conveniently. There are two king-bed rooms with their own bathroom separately. It is good for either two couples to share or a family staying. The unit is clean and neat. We have all necessary things for the daily life. We rent a car in the island, and we have no difficult to find parking place in the community. We had a wonderful and relax vacation here.

Excellent beach getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at Holly’s condo. It has so much to offer and it is suited for a variety of family types. We sat out on the screened in porch in the early mornings and late evenings watching and listening to the waves! A Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo. Great space for two couples. Lots of TVs and space for everyone. A nice location with water views. Easy to get a cab and a quick ride to ferry to go to St. John. Owner provides tons of great information on the island and in the area surrounding in a digital guidebook. Condo had everything we needed for our stay including beach towels and pool and beach toys. Also there is a nice restaurant next door and it was so great to have in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Paradise in the perfect location

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. This place was in the perfection location, it was the perfect space and we had the best time! It’s not easy to find a 2 bedroom with 2 king beds, so this was perfect. It’s literally steps away from the beach. She even has floaties, coolers, etc. for you to use. Everything was very clean. Holly has thought of everything that you may need for your vacation. She not only sends you all the details in advance but there is a binder there as well with all the info.

Great place for our first time on the island

Overall we really enjoyed the condo and had a great time on the island. It was our first time visiting the Virgin Islands so we didn't know what to expect. Here's some highlights: Location - The east end is wonderful and not crowded. Loved the proximity to Red Hook for dining, groceries, and to get on the ferry. Also close to other beaches and resorts. The property - the very private feeling beach was great, lots of amenities. The pool and restaurants were great too. We spent a lot of time on the property! The condo - the condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great view of the beach and loved that there is a private walkway just steps away from the beach as advertised! Holly has everything covered in the condo, everything you need for a great stay is available to use. Holly was so helpful and very easy to contact. She has great resources for anything you might need, all in the app, which was so helpful and informative. She answered questions so quickly, it really put us at ease not having been on the island before. Really felt safe and conformable knowing they are on a generator for power. I have heard since booking that not all places have a generator and it's a good idea to look for a place with it. All in all, the vrbo was great, we have really no complaints and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Holly!

Best Host Ever

This was a wonderful property. We felt at home and had everything we needed. The resort itself as very family oriented. Holly was always quick to reply with any questions.

3 day weekend

Me and my two daughters had a great stay. First, holly is probably the best Vrbo host I have ever worked with- she was available for any question / issue. The home itself is very comfortable and has two very separate private bedrooms which were great, but then a nice sized common area to hang out in. It was a bit too hot to be out on the porch for our stay but it’s a lovely view of the beach and Palm trees. Absolutely anything you could need was in the unit with amazing labeling, easy to use instructions for everything. We were also able to get in early as the cleaning had been done before our arrival. Overall truly an excellent stay it really felt like being at home. Thanks again!!!!
