- Public bikes available for only ₩1,000 per hour, and you can reach the Han River or Mangwon Traditional Market in ~30 mins by bike (~10 mins by subway)
- 15 mins by subway to Hongdae, a hotspot for young travelers and expats 🎨🎶
- 30 mins to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Itaewon 🏰🌆
- Excellent local restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores all within 10 mins 🍽️🏪
- Direct bus to the airport
- The area offers a much lower cost of living compared to most parts of Seoul 💸

4. Additional information
Several pieces of furniture have been recently upgraded or are scheduled for installation to enhance your comfort during your stay.
For example:
- The bedroom now includes one queen bed and two super-single beds (previous photos showed two queen beds) 🛏️
- The sofa has been replaced with a newer, more comfortable model, and will be ready for upcoming guests
- A new dining table has also been added (or is being installed) for more convenient meals 🍽️

5. Rules
- No pets allowed. 🐾
- No overnight stays for visitors who are not registered guests.
- No parties or smoking inside the property. 🚭
- No loud noise or disturbances, especially during nighttime. 🔇
