Building Amenities include a large heated swimming pool set within a tropical garden, a multimedia room, library, expansive lobby (which houses the Palm Beach Day Spa), coin-operated laundry, and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxation.

The rent includes TV, wireless Internet, water and electricity. There is a flat screen TV, air-conditioning as well as a kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, sink and cutlery.

The Palm Beach Condominium has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out.

A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18.

Parking on Sunrise Avenue, infront of the building is limited to 1 hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily.
If you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. Please move your car by 10 AM or risk getting ticketed with a $50 fine.
