Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Inverness villa located inside Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. This beautifully decorated end-unit offers an inviting open-concept layout and exceptional panoramic views of the George Fazio Golf Course.
As you enter, you’re greeted by a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and a convenient pass-through window overlooking the formal dining room. A cozy sitting area just off the kitchen includes a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. The formal dining room seats eight comfortably and showcases serene views of the golf course.
The spacious living room boasts vaulted ceilings, a comfortable sectional, HDTV, and expansive sliding glass doors that open to the private deck. A striking floating staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom, adding architectural charm to the space.
The primary suite, located on the first floor, features a king bed, HDTV, and direct access to the private deck; perfect for enjoying morning coffee with golf course views. The ensuite bathroom includes a double-sink vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower. A second guest bedroom on the main level offers two twin beds and a daybed, with a shared hallway bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
