🔑 Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the main cottage, the separate rear-yard studio with ensuite, and the private outdoor courtyard.

The studio and laundry are accessed via the rear yard, consistent with the home’s original workers cottage layout. Outdoor areas, including the pizza oven, BBQ, seating and garden, are for guest use only.

Self check-in is provided.

Living areas reflect the home’s original character and proportions

Bifold doors open to a private rear yard

Outdoor entertaining area with pizza oven, BBQ, lounge and dining setting

Lemon and lime trees enhance the relaxed garden feel

Laundry:

Compact laundry with washing machine located in the original outdoor toilet block, consistent with heritage homes

PARKING : Only Suitable for Very Small size cars due to narrow parking- Street Parking available .

**Please Note:** For bookings of up to 4 guests, three queen beds are made up as standard. If you require the additional queen bed in the studio, this can be prepared for a $35 setup fee. Must be requested BEFORE your arrival date .
Bookings of **5 or more guests** include all beds made up at no additional charge.
This policy helps us keep cleaning costs lower for smaller bookings while still providing flexible sleeping arrangements when needed.



BBQ must be cleaned after use otherwise we charge $50 cleaning fee
