Jennys Retreat- Oceanfront -Hot Tub -Surf Side

Experience a secluded oceanfront retreat! We offer a tranquil, upscale experience with your own private oceanfront, where the only disturbances are the soothing sounds of crashing waves and stunning sunsets. If you're a surfing enthusiast, you'll have access to two exceptional surf breaks. The property features a hot tub, three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and plenty of space for entertaining, both indoors and outdoors. We hope you have a wonderful stay at Jenny’s!
The property has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 singles) and 1.5 bathrooms. We have a large deck out back and a small second level deck. There is about 3 acres of property that includes a pond and brook. There is 400 feet of private ocean front.

There are two living rooms that are quite large and a fully equipped kitchen.
Please note that we do not allow pets and that we require quiet time at 10 PM out of the respect of our neighbours thank you

Leaving Checklist:

Make sure all windows and doors are locked

Please start the dishwasher or do the dishes , ideally the home should be in the same condition as you arrived besides laundry.

✓ Summer: Turn heat pump/AC off
✓ Sign out of smart tv streaming apps
✓ Turn all lights, ceiling fans and portable fans off
✓ all furniture returned to original locations even patio furniture
✓ Place all garbage/recycling/paper products in garbage bin and compost in the green bin
