A bungalow that has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2022 for comfort and convenience. A large modern kitchen with a four-seater island and all the amenities needed for cooking and enjoying great food. A near private beach is there for you to enjoy great walks and, if hardy, an ocean dip.

You will have full run of the whole house and yard. Note the Atlantic Pearl is right next door so outside space is partially shared.

We own the property next door and if we are there at the same time would be pleased to provide whatever assistance you need to fully enjoy the property. Our house manager lives near by.

A beautiful near private beach is at your doorstep. Rustic and Sandy shores are a perfect walk away. One needs to drive to get groceries and experience other beaches, such as Beach Meadows Beach. The nearest town Liverpool is about 20 minutes away. The iconic Lunenberg and Mahon Bay are 45 minutes away.

There is ample parking for up to four and more cars. The driveway is shared with the neighbouring house, Atlantic Pearl, which also might be hosting guests.
