The Space:

This thoughtfully furnished apartment features two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, giving everyone privacy and comfort. The open-plan living and dining area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa couch that can be set up for an extra guest.

Standard Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed (can be split into 2 Single Sized Beds)

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Sized Beds (can be made as 1 King Sized Bed)

Bedroom 3: Sofa Bed

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, and laundry.



Self check-in is available via secure lockbox.



On-site parking is available for 1 vehicle.

Located on Brunswick Street, this apartment sits just a short walk from Queenstown’s town centre, the lakefront, and popular restaurants and cafes. Despite its proximity to the action, the area is quiet and tucked away, offering a relaxing space to return to after a day out.



Getting Around:

No car? No problem. From this location, you can easily walk to:

- Queenstown town centre – 5 minutes

- Lakefront and Queenstown Gardens – 3–5 minutes

- Skyline Gondola – 10 minutes



If you have a car, it’s also a short drive to:

- Queenstown Airport – 10 minutes (7 km)

- The Remarkables ski field turnoff – 20 minutes

- Frankton shopping centre – 12 minutes
