Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 600 metres from town, (5 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.



Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space:

Situated just a short stroll along Lake Wakatipu is The Lodges... a charming townhouse with the Remarkable mountain range as its backdrop. Offering lake and mountain views, this property offers guests the convenience of being able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Queenstown’s CBD but also to have your own quiet time.



This property is set over three levels with the master bedroom and ensuite on the top level, the living and kitchen area on the main level with a half bathroom and laundry. On the bottom level you’ll find two bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 Single), and a bathroom with a separate toilet.

Sit out on your private balcony and take in the spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu and the Southern Alps

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed (can be split into 2 singles)

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Single Bed

Please note: if you wish to request a bedding change, we must be notified a minimum of 3 days prior to check-in or a $75 fee will apply.



We provide an exceptionally clean home and the highest quality 5-Star hotel grade linen and towels along with high quality memory foam pillows for all beds.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.

A maximum of 5 guests allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

The neighbourhood is wonderful. You are only a short stroll from downtown Queenstown. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!



It is a very quiet neighbourhood... and all the windows are double glazed, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.
