A cosy, functional, and private studio set right in front of peaceful Middleton Park, where greenery and open space sit just outside your door. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, and if the skies are kind, you’ll catch gorgeous sunsets over the park.

The location is exceptional, with Westfield Riccarton Mall, Christchurch’s Chinatown district, local eateries along Riccarton Road and public transport all within walking distance. The airport and CBD are only a short drive away.

Inside, the studio features a comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom, a dining area, and a compact kitchenette. You’ll have a separate entryway and fully contactless check-in and check-out. The Ecosa memory foam mattress with an electric blanket ensures a restful night’s sleep, and you’ll have unlimited WiFi, a large TV with Chromecast, essential kitchenette appliances (note: there is no sink), a heater/fan, and on-street parking available on Wharenui Road.

The entire studio is yours to enjoy as a private sanctuary. It is attached to a townhouse with permanent tenants, and you may occasionally see their friendly sausage dog, Frank, wandering through the backyard.

Please note the kitchenette is compact and not fully equipped. It includes a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, kitchen bench, plates, bowls, mugs, and cutlery.

Our cleaning fees reflect the level of care and detail our housekeeping team provide in our homes. While you may be staying in a regular family home, our intention is to provide hotel-quality comfort for your stay, regardless of the type of property. This requires extensive cleaning after each check-out to ensure every guest is able to experience our properties at their best. Our cleans also include hotel-quality linen on all our beds, bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as tea, coffee & hot chocolate for your first couple of days.

For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required to keep the property at the highest standards. If you would also like a linen change please let us know so we can book this in for the same time. Mid-stay cleans or linen changes for stays less than 14 days are optional. This service can be booked through your personal Guest Boarding Pass.
