Spielzimmer & Garten: Modernes Haus in Altoona!

We appreciate you sharing your experience and look forward to hosting more memorable weekends like this one.

From the owner: "Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing our management team. We truly appreciate it. Guest experience is extremely important to us, and we are sorry that the unusually severe winter weather during your stay led to frozen pipes despite the preventative measures we had in place. We have since adjusted our cold weather protocols, including thermostat management between stays, to help ensure this does not happen again. We also appreciate your suggestion about adding keypad access at the rear door, which has already been implemented, and we will be installing air conditioning before the summer months begin. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We are committed to continually improving and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future."

Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad the home felt spacious and comfortable for your family, and that little extras like the coffee and laundry soap added to the stay. It was a pleasure hosting you.
