Lush and tropical gardens surround this beautiful development in the heart of historic Old Town. Private, secured parking beneath the complex and security entrances gives the feeling of unparalleled exclusivity.

The foyer of this Mediterranean-style unit opens to the living room, dining area, half-bath, and kitchen. The living room contains a queen-sized sofa bed, flat-screen TV with cable, side tables, and a dining area for six. It also features French doors opening to your own private outdoor patio with chairs. With a breakfast nook for two to enjoy your morning coffee, the open kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, drip coffee maker, and toaster.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, sofa for lounging, and French doors opening onto a private porch with seating. The primary also has a large ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, and skylight. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private full bath.

Shops can be found below you in Duval Square's shopping center! You can also walk to Key West's many bars, restaurants, art galleries, and shops.

I loved my stay at Thalia’s Retreat! The location was fantastic. The property is clean and well-equipped. Check-in and checkout went incredibly smoothly. We weren’t planning to keep a car during our stay, but circumstances changed and we did. Having a parking spot available in the garage was a huge benefit. I look forward to returning and staying at Thalia’s Retreat again!

Overall, a great stay! Convenient to most everything. Parking spot a bonus. Construction around pool started unexpectedly on day 2. One HVAC unit/thermostat for 2 story condo. Small bedroom and bath were warm and stuffy. No HVAC vent or ventilation fan in bath. Used box fan in closet to circulate air. Otherwise, a great stay!

Thank you also for the note about the upstairs bedroom and bath getting stuffy, and a huge thank you for utilizing the box fan to keep the air moving! Managing airflow in two-story units can sometimes be a challenge. We appreciate you being such wonderful and understanding guests, and you are welcome back anytime!

Overall had a good stay here. Location was great except for the noise every morning during the week. The deliveries to the stores in the area began anywhere from 5-7 am. The trucks are left running and the banging is constant. Master bed was very firm and not comfortable. Also do note that the units are all located above a parking garage and thank goodness the elevator was working during our stay as I guess it hasn’t been for others. Note this is a 2 story unit if you have access issues. All in all it was a good place to stay if you are aware of some of the issues.

We were 2 retired couples so the location was nice. Southern Duval is less busy so the local restaurants were handy and great food.

Perfect Location

Great condo. Loved having the pool. Loved being on Duvall but away from the business and noise of Duvall. Would definitely stay here again.

This location is right off Duval and a few blocks away from the Point. We had a great time and the check in and out process was quite easy.

Great location right off of Duval Street but still a quiet property. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Perfect for 2 couples. We would definitely stay again.
