The ground level of the property comprises of entry way, full laundry facilities and a cute second sitting area with access to the private courtyard with BBQ and pull out clothes line. The middle level of the townhouse is dedicated to the open plan dining, kitchen and living areas which flow onto an undercover balcony with plantation shutters and luxury lounging area. There is a flat screen smart TV in the lounge room.

The open plan modern kitchen has a Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine as well as full cooking facilities. There is an reverse cycle A/C system on the mid level and a ceiling fans. There is separate little study nook with desk and screen should you need to work from your holidays. If so kindly ensure your bring your own laptop and connection accessories. There is also a powder room on this level.

The 3rd level of the townhouse comprises of the three spacious bedrooms.
The master retreat has reverse cycling A/C, ceiling fan, spacious ensuite bathroom and balcony.
The two other bedrooms enjoy ceiling fans and coastal luxe furnishings.
The main bathroom with shower over bath is on this level.
As our guest you have access to the entire townhouse and the shared pool. Please note this property is laid out over 3 spacious levels so there are stairs.

The garage is for owner use only and is not accessible for guest use. There is an undercover carport directly outside the front door.
