This apartment is bright, spacious, and well-appointed for groups or families. Designed across a single level, it features:
- Three bedrooms: Includes one master with ensuite and two additional bedrooms with a bathroom accessed via the hallway
- Two bathrooms: Modern fixtures, walk-in showers, and underfloor heating
- Open-plan living: Comfortable lounge with Smart TV and dining area
- Full kitchen: Equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and essentials for cooking at home
- Heating & insulation: Warm in winter with heat pump, gas fire & double glazing
- Laundry: Washer/dryer in-unit for convenience
With a contemporary feel and central location, this apartment is ideal for longer stays or anyone wanting space without compromising on proximity to town.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed (can not be split)
Bedroom 2: 1 Sized Queen Sized Bed (can not be split)
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Sized Beds (can be made into 1 King Sized Bed)
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.
Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Guests have full, private access to the apartment including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry. Self check-in from 3pm makes arrival easy and flexible
