Welcome to our beautiful brand new home (built Dec 2022), which is perfectly located for beautiful views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town, (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.

The Space

A brand-new, modern two-bedroom home with an ensuite off each bedroom and sweeping Remarkables and lake views from the master. An easy, mostly-downhill walk into town, with high-end finishes throughout.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, both ensuite with standing showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump and, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with glass electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

External Features: Outdoor patio.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and patio.



The Neighbourhood

Nearby: 4minute drive (1.3 km) Kindly note it is a 10 minute walk to town how ever it is a steep hill coming back to the property- in town you will find 4 Square supermarket, restaurants, and local activity hubs.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External access requires descending 13 stairs from the complex level to reach the property entrance. There are no internal stairs within the property. The unit is single-level once inside

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.



Got a late flight out or an early arrival? Drop your bags with us free of charge — after check-out if you're not leaving until later, or before check-in if you've landed early — and go explore hands-free.



Our team is available daily, 9am–5pm. After hours, until midnight, a virtual assistant can help with simple questions.
