Our Get way Close to home!

Love the short walk to the beach area. Lots of wonderful restaurants in the area. Condo had everything you need for trip to the beach or cooking in. We had beautiful weather, but lots of games were available.

Location, location, location

If the beach is important to you, you couldn't find a better place for the money- right across the street from the beach. Everything that is needed for a great vacation on the beach was provided. You are also close to the causeway so if you need to leave the island for anything, you are close. The accommodation itself is an older place and was very comfortable.

Nice beach getaway.

It was a very relaxing 4 day get away to the beach. We had a very relaxing time we couldn't have ask for a better place to stay very homey. We took walks on the beach and did some fishing at night. Would diffidently go back. Thanks so much for your hospitality Tiffany:)

Cute, cozy condo

Cute condo with short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. It was nice to have plenty of towels and beach gear for us to use. The owner had excellent communication and was very helpful!

The owner Tiffany was awesome. She was quick to answer all calls and great with communication with us. The condo was a good size for our family with 2 young boys. We enjoyed staying on the island and across the street from the beach.

Great location - directly across from the beach. Quiet. I was staying by myself and felt safe. Clean. Great amenities. Bed comfortable and couch too. When I had any questions and needed to contact hosts, they were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to get away to the beach.

Location and space combined!

We had a great time running across the street to the ocean, and then returning to a nice/spacious apartment for the evening! The owner was great, and even the one little problem we had upon check-in she quickly worked out with us and checked back to make sure all was good. Thanks Tiffany!

Great, well stocked condo!

By far this was the best condo we have rented in Ft Pierce. Location to the beach is perfect. Well stocked with everything you need. Coffee, soaps, linens, blankets , beach towels and chairs. Even a beach cart. Washer and dryer on site was easy for access. We will stay again in the future.

Great location!

Place was super clean. Bed is very comfy. Waterbpressure was fantastic! Beach is right across the street and walking distance to restaurants. There was a Space X launch my first night. I sat outside with the neighbors and watched. The neighbors are super friendly. I'll definitely book again!

Perfect location!

It’s literally a few hops and a few skips and your on the beach. Reason for the hops and the skips are the pavement did get very warm since almost every day was in the 80’s. The accommodations were perfect for us and our 4 legged friend. Couldn’t ask for anything more as far as cooperation from landlord and the other guests staying we’re also really friendly as well!

LOVE THIS PLACE !

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights. It has everything you could possibly need. I've stayed at many VRBO properties and this was the best ! Very clean and comfortable. Beach is across the street and many restaurants, pubs, and several places with live music. The owner was great. Very responsive. I asked to stay one more night and she made it quick and easy. Great beach getaway!

We never stayed in Hutchinson Island before and it was so beautiful. The water was so blue so much better than the beaches further up like cocoa or Daytona. We walked to the beach from the condo here and had so many restaurants so close to us all right on the water it was great. It is close to the Inlet where you can see tons of beautiful boats and yachts coming through which made me want to buy one and live there. The condo itself was cute and the location was very convenient. The host was very helpful and was a joy to talk to. She responded right away and answered any questions we had she was more than helpful to make sure our stay was fabulous. We loved it here and are wanting to go back already!

Property was disappointing and run down

Our issues are as follows: *The closets were so full of stuff that we were unable to hang any clothes*The laminate countertops were peeling off and dirty*The frig and cabinets had leftover food - unsure of how long it had been there*The windows and blinds were dirty*The walls and doors were dingy, scratched and needed a fresh coat of paint.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. However I respectfully disagree with your review. There is extra bedding in the closet for the sofabed and trundle as labeled. There are two sides to the closet- a full wall - 4 doors long. I have had people stay for over a month without any issues (we only have exta bedding on the shelf on one side) yet you cannot manage for three days? Nothing concerning cleaning was ever brought up by you in our discussions or texts. I would have addressed any of your concerns immediately but your only concern that you shared was the closet situation.

Great weekend getaway

My husband and I were looking for just a quick getaway, and found the perfect answer here. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt at home. Tiffany thought of everything we could possibly need, and it felt great not having to wish I’d remembered to bring this or that. It was a very short a walk to the beach, which was far from crowded. I especially loved getting up in the darkness of morning to watch the sun come up in all its glory…absolutely beautiful! There were so many great restaurants in the area, and plenty to do during those hours when it was too hot to sit in the sun. Shopping, parks, museums, historical downtowns… Far too much to do in one weekend, but for a couple who simply wanted to get away for some peace and quiet and the beauty of the ocean, it was perfect.

Best beachy stay!

The owner, Tiffany, did a fabulous job with the decor, felt so beachy and coastal themed. The beach was literally across the street making the sunrises and sunsets easy, super accessible and picture perfect! The owner was available to answer every single question within minutes. She had restaurant and favorite spot recommendations making the trip less stressful and more enjoyable. It was stocked with beach gear, beach towels and even a cart to schlepp everything to the beach. It was super comfortable, cozy and Tiffany couldn't have been more helpful. This unit's location in the building is convenient because the washer and dryer are right outside the door. Parking was easy as well, as there were 2 separate lots with an assigned spot and multiple guest spots. We would definitely stay here again!

Lots of potential but needs work

We cut our 3 day stay down to 1. This place has potential but it needs some care. I dont need fancy but I do need clean. Our feet and socks are black from walking on the floors. The counters are peeling and it leaves them sticky. The pull out bed has a plastic cover that has seen better days. It has holes in it and rust on the bottom from the springs I guess. The outside was under some construction. The laundry facilities are basically outside so i wouldn't plan to use them. The walk to the beach is definitely easy enough. It was very disappointing to have to cut our beach trip short.

Welcome to our condo. We are Nelson and Tiffany Wright Ofeimu. Our family is excited to share a little piece of paradise with you. We live in Michigan. Tiffany is an a education professor and Nelson is a chef. We have three sons- Jordan, Alex and Ben. We use this condo for quick get-aways and longer vacations. It is very special for us as a couple and as a family. Vacations give us an opportunity to reconnect and bond which is essential with all of our lives being so busy. We know have two units at this complex and another vacation home in Vero Beach and 2 vacation rentals in Northern Michigan.

This condo was perfect for us because of so many things. It is private and perfectly located to both active and quiet activities. It fits a small family and allows for the benefits of home without being a home. It is a piece of paradise.
