This spacious, modern condo at the Terra Resort is designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy access to the region's world-class outdoor parks. With two private King bedrooms and room for six, you will have all the space and amenities needed after a day of exploring.

Your Modern & Spacious Unit

Our generously sized unit features a contemporary, open-concept floor plan. Please Note: This unit is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs only (no elevator). Highlights include: Premium Sleeping for 6: Bedroom 1 features a plush King Bed with a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also features a plush King Bed and an ensuite bathroom that is also shared with the main unit. The living area includes a comfortable couch with a Queen Hideaway Bed (sleeper sofa). The unit offers a Fully Equipped Kitchen with modern cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary cookware for easy meal preparation. Enjoy group meals in the dedicated dining space. Modern comforts include high-speed Wi-Fi, central air, and in-unit laundry (washer and dryer). Relax with entertainment on the Smart TVs, which are provided with the Hulu, ESPN, and Disney Plus streaming bundle for your use.

The Terra Resort provides a true resort-style getaway with phenomenal amenities for all ages, included with your stay. Enjoy the spectacular Water Park featuring a lazy river, waterslide, sports pool, and an outdoor hot tub. Guests also benefit from dual access to the neighboring Coral Springs Resort amenities, which include a year-round heated Indoor and Outdoor Pools, additional spas, a full Fitness Center/Gym, and outdoor Tennis and Basketball Courts. Community Pickleball Courts are also available. Ample community parking is provided, along with designated "toy parking" for guests bringing their boat, RV, or UTV/ATV for the nearby dunes.

We are approximately 20 minutes from Zion National Park and only 10–15 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park (ideal for boating and UTV/ATV riding). Quail Creek State Park is just 10 minutes away. St. George is a quick 20-minute drive for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Explore nearby hiking at Red Cliffs National Conservation Area or Snow Canyon State Park.

Guest Access

Unit & Resort Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire private unit. You also have access to all the incredible amenities offered by the Terra Resort and the neighboring Coral Springs Resort (pools, hot tubs, gym, pickleball, etc.).

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in Time is 4:00 PM. Check-out Time is 10:00 AM.

Early/Late Policy: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with prior notice and approval. To purchase these options, please use the link provided in your "Boarding Pass" immediately following your confirmed reservation. This must be completed in advance.

Parking

Ample free community parking is available directly outside the unit. There are also designated "toy parking" areas if you are traveling with a boat, RV, or UTV/ATV trailer.

Other Things to Note

Resort Rules

Please observe the resort and community rules. No smoking, vaping, or parties/events are permitted anywhere inside the unit. Please be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbors and other resort guests. The maximum occupancy for overnight guests is 6, and this must be adhered to at all times. Visitors are welcome, but all house rules must be followed during their visit.

The Building: As a reminder, this unit is located on the second floor of the building and is only accessible via stairs. There is no elevator access.

Security Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and property, this home is equipped with an exterior video doorbell camera located at the main entrance. The camera records video and audio of the exterior entry area only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces. Tampering with, covering, disabling, or disconnecting the camera is prohibited.
