For a smooth stay and to respect our neighbours and the council, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 15.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has noise alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or buck's bookings.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. No pets.
10. The pool and spa equipment area is off limits. Tampering can cause damage and repair costs may be charged to the guests.
11. Guests to be advised that there is an external Ring doorbell camera at the property.
