Uniquely designed to depict three contiguous beach boxes wedged into the side of a sand dune, this stunning family beach house is just 100m walk to the beach, and a leisurely 700m stroll to Blairgowrie Village. Styled to reflect the very best in coastal living, the home is the perfect blend of luxurious yet laid back; with a fabulous north west facing deck and pool, three generous living areas, and a unique children’s room with handmade bunks each designed to depict the inside of a ship.
IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• This property accepts a maximum of 4 adults and up to 6 children. The bunks are not suitable for adults.

• The pool is not heated.

• Separate children’s retreat with smart TV
• Heating/Coolings options include a gas fireplace and electric wall heaters. The property does not have air-conditioning; however, it has been cleverly designed with high ceilings, shugg windows and ceiling fans to capture and distribute fresh coastal breezes
• Midsized slate billiard table and full-size Foosball soccer table located in the garage
• Family games and leisure equipment include kid’s slide, board games, cricket, basketball, soccer balls, boogie boards, beach chairs and sand buckets available for guest use
