Parking: Free on-site parking is available. Please note that the garage is not available for guest parking.

Pool: The swimming pool is heated. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times.

Pets: Small dogs only are permitted. Please contact the property team to confirm arrangements before booking.

Security cameras: Security cameras are installed at the front of the property for security purposes.

Parties and events: This is a strictly no-party property. Parties and unauthorised events are not permitted, and breaches may result in the booking being terminated.

Additional guests: The standard bedroom configuration accommodates ten guests. A sofa bed is available for up to two additional guests, allowing a maximum occupancy of twelve.

Christmas and New Year bookings: During the Christmas and New Year school holiday period, back-to-back bookings are not accepted. If your selected dates directly follow another guest's arrival or departure dates, the property team may ask you to adjust your booking by one day before confirmation.
