A cozy den off the entryway provides a convenient workspace and additional sleeping space with a convertible sectional and flat-screen TV. The first floor also includes a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath located in the hallway.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom offers a queen bed and sitting area; the other includes a full bed and two twin beds.

The semi-finished lower level provides an additional living area with comfortable seating and a variety of games, ideal for relaxation and entertainment.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
