Leave the car in our private gated carpark with a 2 minute walk to Mooloolaba Beach, Sunshine Coast's best restaurants & shops!
The space
The Penthouse Mooloolaba is a luxe private unit and rooftop, neighbouring mostly owner occupied apartments. The unit itself has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and toilet, with a large loungeroom and pull out king size day bed to cater for 6 people in total.
Child & Infant friendly with Portable cot, highchair, kids kitchenware and bath toys included free upon request.
You’ll have all of the modern convenience with full kitchen & quality kitchenware, including coffee machine & nutribullet.
The bathroom consists of a temperature reading shower head with multiple settings, as well as a comfortable bath.
On top of the unit you will find Rooftop Z, the penthouse's very own private area features festoon & neon lighting, cabana daybed, breakfast bench, webber BBQ and breakfast bar alongside a 100 inch projector screen. The projector screen can be lowered perfectly inline with the daybed to enjoy movie nights. If you’re get competitive with lawn bowls, you can make your way across the road to the Mooloolaba barefoot bowls club.
Take a dip in the communal pool located by the front gate.
Walk just 200m to Mooloolaba esplanade restaurants and cafes, or less to pop over to the Mooloolaba Dock which holds fantastic restaurants such as the famous Rice Boi, Spero and James Squire to name a few. Coles is just 750m away from the apartment, or if you're craving something sweet late at night, the Shell petrol station directly across the road is another huge perks to this unit.
Includes use of all linens (incl shower and beach towels) Washing/dryer machine use is available in the unit with laundry power + napisan + fabric softener provided alongside, a clothes rack for rooftop or balcony drying. Built in fans and air/con provided is also available. Products supplied include Laundry Products, Body and Hand Wash products, cleaning products, Tea & Coffee Pods and anything in the pantry and fridge such as sauces for your use.
Note: stained towels and sheets may incur a replacement fee of $100.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire unit, private rooftop, visitors parking (1 spot) and pool area.
Secure parking is available for 1 car with plenty of free street parking just outside the unit on Foote street.
Check- in Instructions. After you retrieve the unit keys from the locked box outside
The unit is the third staircase and third floor (rooftop is fourth floor directly above the unit 14 marked PRIVATE).
Bins are located next to the electric gate.
Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am, however, please let us know your expected arrival time in Mooloolaba.
