The Space:

Loft 308 offers a calm, design-forward retreat at the back of The William, with tall windows looking out over the alley above Carrigan’s outdoor area.



Inside, you’ll find a queen memory-foam bed and a queen memory-foam pull-out sofa, a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth record player with a curated vinyl collection highlighting female artists from Alabama and beyond.



The fully stocked kitchen includes chef’s knives, cookware, assorted spices, small-batch teas, and reusable paper towels, plus French press, Chemex, burr grinder, and locally roasted beans. An eat-in dining table makes it easy to cook, work, or share a quiet meal before heading out to enjoy the city.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of their private loft apartment, including the fully equipped kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Each unit also has an in-unit washer/dryer, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.



Entry to the building and apartment is keycard-controlled for security. You’ll receive clear instructions before arrival.



The hallways and common entry areas are shared with other residents and guests of The William.

You’re surrounded by Birmingham’s top restaurants, all just a few blocks away: Helen, Bayonet, The Essential, El Barrio, Cafe Dupont, Paramount, Trattoria Centrale, Reve, Salud, and Pizitz Food Hall.



For your morning coffee, Cala Coffee and Frothy Monkey are just a few blocks away.

• No on-site parking: Paid street parking and nearby lots are available within a couple of blocks. Please follow posted signs carefully — private lots do tow.

• No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping inside the loft or building.

• Self check-in: You’ll use keycards retrieved from the Keycafe at the 3rd Avenue North entrance to access the building and your loft.

• Group stays: Multiple lofts within The William can be booked together for larger groups, or in conjunction with our sister properties just a few minutes away. Message us for availability and options.
