Condo was perfect for our stay. Clean, well furnished and comfortable. We were conveniently located to stores, restaurants and major roads. It suited all our needs for our visit to Bham.

Lovely Townhome

The host was wonderful and checked on us during our stay! The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Everything looked and felt clean. The location is great and we enjoyed an evening stroll in the neighborhood. It was close to many restaurants. We were glad to have found a great location all around. We would absolutely stay in the same home again.

A Great Stay!

The layout and the property itself was in great shape. We were very comfortable and had a fabulous time. The parking was not the best, but it worked out okay. It was not the best location but it was close to everything we needed. I would stay again. The host was great!

My husband and I stayed overnight to attend an early morning appointment the next day. Great host, neat, clean townhouse, and great nearby restaurants for this location. My husband and I would definitely return to this place again.

Great vrbo

My daughter and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. The property was perfect for us but could easily accommodate four people comfortably. Property was very well appointed, with king size comfortable beds and large flat screen TVs in LR and each BR, and immaculately clean. Location is great and hosts are responsive. Can’t say enough good things. A+++ for everything about this rental. Thank you for Schaefer great weekend stay!

Ashwood Cozy Townhouse!

Great property! Really comfortable and the location was very close to restaurants and shopping. The Keurig was not working which was disappointing for 4 mornings. Hostess did ask if we wanted it replaced after the second morning. It should have been replaced. BYOB toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bag. Only 1 left in each bathroom and kitchen.

Great condo and location

Condo had everything. Very clean and organized. Plenty of closet space. Didn’t even notice the neighbors. This is a full condo, 2 beds and laundry up, kitchen, dining, living down. Was in town for a week for training in Irondale. Quick 15 min drive over. Wife stayed in condo and worked from there. Super comfy bed. Hostess was very good! Quick to respond to questions and address any needs (the iron needed to be replaced during our stay and they swapped it out that same morning!) Very reasonable cleaning and other fees. Good restaurants/shops nearby in Homewood and in town of Mountain Brook. Would stay again

Beautiful, clean townhome!

Our family of four stayed here for a short weekend in April 2025 to attend a wedding. The place was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. We really appreciated the fact that it had 2.5 bathrooms for four people. Parking on the street was never an issue for us (easy!), and communication with the owners was also a positive experience. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Experience

We enjoyed our stay and the host made our trip so easy! The place was clean, great location and we had everything we needed. We messaged the host to extend our stay and she got back with us so quickly and made it happen! Would recommend this property to anyone!
