The Space:

Family-friendly townhouse in Champions Gate, minutes from Disney & Orlando attractions. Open living area with TV, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space. Sleeps families comfortably with two king beds, a Mario Bros themed room with a double + twin bed, and a Mickey Mouse themed room with two twin beds. Enjoy 3 full bathrooms, a private pool, and outdoor seating perfect after park days!



Guest Access:

As our valued guests, you'll have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, including the private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip under the Florida sun. Inside, enjoy the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area, ideal for family meals and relaxation. Each of the four bedrooms offers a comfortable and private space. Additionally, you'll have access to the resort amenities, including the communal pool, gym, and potentially other resort features. Please note that access to specific resort facilities may be subject to resort policies and availability.

ChampionsGate Village is just a stone's throw away, offering grocery stores, shops, and essential services to make your stay effortless. The neighborhood is known for its well-kept streets, beautiful landscaping, and a safe, welcoming environment, making it ideal for families. Getting Around:

Our Champions Gate townhouse offers convenient access for your family's adventures! We offer free on-site parking, making it easy to come and go as you please. While a car is recommended to experience the area thoroughly, you'll find that Orlando International Airport (MCO) is just a 30-40 minute drive away. The townhouse's location provides quick access to major roads, making your trips to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld straightforward and enjoyable. Embrace the ease of travel and the comfort of knowing that your transportation needs are well catered to during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available before your check-in.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



Important Notes:

•⁠ ⁠Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

•⁠ ⁠During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages
