Introducing "Salthaus", your idyllic Pet Friendly beachside getaway nestled in the charming coastal town of Culburra Beach, NSW. Our spacious retreat accommodates up to 9 guests, offering 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The serene ambiance is intensified by the warming glow of the fireplace, making 'Salthaus' an all-year-round vacation haven.
Every bedroom is a cozy retreat in itself, carefully curated with comfy furnishings and premium bed linens. Inside the house two bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and the third comes with a tri-bunk, whilst outside in bedroom 4 (accessed via the back deck) there is another queen bed making this a perfect fit for families, friends, or couples. (Please note there is no bathroom attached to the exterior bedroom four). The cherry on top is the luxurious en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, offering a relaxing, private space.
The interiors embody a perfect blend of comfort and style, complete with air conditioning, a spacious dining and living area, a smart TV, and a library of children's books and board games for family-night fun. For the music lovers, the portable Bluetooth speaker sets the mood right.
Step into the fully equipped modern kitchen, where you can serve aromas of your choice. It comes replete with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, and a fridge/freezer, plus convenient pantry items—salt, pepper, oils, and sauces at your disposal.
An extensive outdoor area awaits your exploration. When you're not off down to the nearby sandy shores, enjoy a BBQ on the deck with the outdoor dining area. And don't worry; a fully fenced garden ensures your four-legged friends can frolic freely.

- Bedroom 4 is accessed via the back deck and is not attached to the house. Guests in bedroom 4 will need to use the bathroom in the main house.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear, front garden unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom 4.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
