I would like to welcome you to my cozy furnished suite and hope that you will enjoy your stay in Vancouver.
I am committed to providing travellers with affordable accommodation. Although not luxurious but offers basic amenities to provide you with a suitable place to stay.
All bedding are washed at high temperatures, disinfected, and dried. Hotel supplies are replenished regularly, and I conduct a thorough cleaning after each checkout to ensure the cleanliness of the room and your health.
Nearby:
Just below the apartment building is the Gastown Steam Clock, with the pedestrian shopping street and Waterfront Transit Centre directly across the street. You'll find a variety of bars and shops showcasing Vancouver's unique character. If you want to take in the full panorama of downtown Vancouver, you can take the elevator to the building's rooftop for unbeatable 360-degree views.
ROOM LAYOUT:
The interior space is approximately 500 sq. ft;
The soundproofing of the room is excellent, and you can't hear too much noise at night with the windows and doors closed;
Unbeatable city view, gym on the top of the building.

* Bedroom: Queen Bed
* Living-room: Sofa-bed for 1 person, coffee table, smart TV
* Bathroom: Bathroom(s) are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), bath towels and hand towels, and hairdryer.
* KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked with culinary set, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster. The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
PARKING: Street parking, indoor garage parking, needs to pay for a fee.
OTHERS: Cleaning tools & supplies; High-speed wireless internet (WIFI)
Guest access
As a tenant, you have private access to all facilities within the unit, including the bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Additional shared amenities in the building, such as the fitness centre and meeting rooms, are also available for your use at any time. Packages can be received on the first floor and will be placed near the mailbox area.
Other things to note
- ACCEPT Pets (Dogs/Cats), I charge 80 CAD for guest who bring pet, please inform me in advance if you will bring a pet.
- Quiet hours 11PM-8AM;
- The earliest check-in time is 4pm and the latest check-out time is 10am as I need enough time to clean the room. If you need to check in early or check out late, please message me and I will charge $20-$60 depending on your situation appropriately to get the cleaning done early;
- The furniture shown in the photographs may be subject to slight alterations due to normal wear and tear and replacement;
