Gut: Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
The pictures are what the apartment looks like but everything is very outdated. Everything definitely needs to be dusted. The couch had tears in it. You can tell no one has been there in awhile. The kitchen was equipped enough with plates, cups and utensils. The refrigerator was outdated and not that clean. The garbage disposal didn't work in the sink. The bathrooms were clean enough. We couldn't find the password to wifi at first and the air conditioner wasn't on when we got there so it was very hot. I called about both of these things and was on the phone with the rental company(luxury beach rental) for about a hour trying to find the password for wifi and when we did it was still slow. The rental company wasn't getting a response from a maintenance person or the owner but finally did and the wifi was still slow sent a text message to them and only got automated messages back. So we used it our hotspot on our phones. The air conditioner was turned on the next day but there was no communication as to when or if someone was coming because the day before there was no response. I think they definitely needed to communicate that information since all of our personal belongings were in there. I was told by Luxury beach rentals that I would be compensated for all of this. The apartment is very confusing to get to you have to go through through the "fire" door to actually get to the apt. It's a quiet neighborhood and the ppl were very nice. I wouldn't stay in this apt again though.
