Inside, the fun continues in the state‑of‑the‑art theatre room with full surround sound and a karaoke machine, plus a glow‑in‑the‑dark arcade featuring Pac‑Man and Mortal Kombat (each unit offers 14 games), darts suitable for adults and kids and mini golf; the entertainment area also includes a bar, and a foosball table located on the main floor near the living room.

For a cozier evening, relax by the indoor fireplace or admire the beautiful art thoughtfully placed throughout the home. Sports enthusiasts and movie lovers will appreciate the Bell Fibe TV package, which includes Roku, Netflix, and Prime. You will have private access to the entire home and its amenities. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

Our home is nestled in the heart of the region, making it the perfect base for your adventures. You are just a short drive from world-renowned wineries, the breathtaking Niagara Falls, and the campus of Brock University.

Important Information

Please note that for the security of our guests and the property, security cameras are located on the exterior of the home.

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, the property is also equipped with a noise monitoring device. This device only measures decibel levels and does not record any audio or conversations, respecting your privacy at all times.

The backyard includes a fenced in-ground pool. During the winter and off-season months the pool is closed with a professional pool safety cover. For safety and to protect the cover, guests are not permitted to walk or stand on the cover. As with any property with a pool, children must be supervised at all times.
