Gut: Sauberkeit, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Great location, comfortable place, parking was very convenient, as was access to both the beach and the light rail in Randwick (each about a 15 min walk). The small patio and backyard were nice and private, but the yard needed some cleanup when we got there (to their credit, the property manager sent someone to do it when we asked). Property is on a dead end street, and neighborhood was very quiet at night.A few of the appliances need maintenance: one of the burners on the stove did not work and the clothes dryer ran but did not dry clothes.Communication could have been clearer about early check in. I had discussed it a few weeks prior in correspondence with the property manager, but was unable to reach them the morning of our check-in.All up, a great property that fit our needs as a family of four quite well. Would stay again.
