Wake up to ocean breezes and mountain views in this freshly renovated two-bed apartment
featuring a large wraparound deck with sweeping views over Seven Mile Beach and the
Berry mountains. Start your day on the smaller east-facing deck with a quiet coffee as the
estuary and Gerroa headland light up.
The apartment sits above the hosts’ home but remains fully private, with your own entrance
directly from the parking area. This is a hosted property, and the owners are sometimes in
residence downstairs; however they will use a separate entrance and are always respectful of
your privacy.
Bright, relaxed and beautifully positioned, it’s the perfect Gerroa escape.

Where will I be?
Deckhouse Aparment has an elevated position on Headland Drive and is an easy walk to the Fisherman's club (100 metres), the Blue Swimmer Café (300 metres), or the beach (500 metres). You will be in a row of houses that have stunning views of Seven Mile Beach and the surrounding hinterland!

Deckhouse Apartment is a cosy, luxurious home elegantly decorated in a beautiful style. A sheltered outdoor area allows you to enjoy dining outdoors even on windy days. The apartment is filled with natural light and features high-quality furnishings and linens.
Is there any special information I should know about?
The owners stay downstairs in a totally separate unit. They will not disturb you at all during your stay and sound does not travel between the levels. The owners will however report any unruly, noisy or inappropriate activity to us as the managing agents. Please be aware of this, making the house suitable only for families or quiet groups. No party groups - thanks!
How is the property laid out?
The apartment is the top level of the house. You have your own private entrance that is accessed from the car park. Upon entering, there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom on the left. A few steps down the hallway you will enter the open plan living, dining and kitchenette where the views will become apparent! The kitchenette does not have an oven, but does have an air fryer, microwave and portable hotplate for you to make basic meals while you are there. The second bedroom is located off the living area, and has glimpses of the ocean. The shared bathroom features a shower, luxury bath, and toilet.
WI-FI, internet, Netflix or pay tv- will I have it?
This property provides complimentary wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The aparment has a small balcony for two, or a larger deck with outdoor dining table that is more protected on windy days.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
This property has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and in the living room. The house can be opened up as much as possible to catch the ocean breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels as well if you plan to visit Seven Mile Beach, Shoalhaven, or other nearby beaches!
Parking for cars, boats etc.?
This property has one off street parking space only. All other guest vehicles can be parked in the car spaces at the top of Headland Drive (opposite the lookout).

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
