Allure - On Seven Mile Beach Gerroa

Allure is the ultimate spot for your next holiday with its expansive uninterrupted views over the lagoon and down Seven Mile Beach.
Located right on Seven Mile Beach and Crooked River, Allure is a level stroll to the award winning Blue Swimmer at Seahaven Cafe. Everything from swimming, surfing, walking, windsurfing or just relaxing is right on your doorstep. The spacious lounge room is on the top floor and opens onto a long deck with incredible views of the beach. A separate dining area has fabulous views and its own smaller balcony. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need with electric oven and hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee machine.
The well appointed bedrooms are located on the ground level. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has an en-suite and a small garden courtyard. The second bedroom provides a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a further king-sized bed that can be separated on request (at the time of booking) to two singles. All have built-in wardrobes for your belongings and ocean views. There is a shared main bathroom located directly across the hallway. Rumpus room or kids retreat has a tri bunk, smart tv, and comfy lounge. This area opens onto a private courtyard at the back of the property with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. There is also a large grassed area at the front of the property straight across from the beach.
For year round comfort there is central reverse cycle air conditioning – cool in summer and warm in winter.
Allure is also equipped with laundry facilities including a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and an outdoor clothesline.

Peak Season:
All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 22-23 the changeover day is Thursday. We don't schedule arrivals on public holidays.
