If a stylish, light filled ,newly renovated home with countless decks, an undercover entertaining area, fire pit, pizza oven and hot outdoor shower sounds dreamy then our home is for you! Set out perfectly for one or two families split over three levels with the master bedroom boasting lovely views of the Barwon Heads river and bluff. Our home has a relaxing and calm vibe making it the ideal holiday getaway, whether it`s for two nights or two weeks! We can`t wait to host you.


The entrance takes you up the first staircase where you`ll find the first living / TV room, it`s a comfy room with lots of reading material for passing the time. The main living / kitchen is up a few further steps and has large sliding doors that open onto a sizeable deck with distant ocean views. On this level you`ll also find the family bathroom, 3 bedrooms and laundry with access to the undercover entertaining area. There is a lovely gas fire in the living area making this home very attractive for those winter breaks.

The master and ensuite is up a further staircase and feels like a retreat with endless vistas and another seperate outdoor space which is perfect for your morning coffee or your afternoon vino!

The home is configured as follows:

> 1x king master bedroom with ensuite (3rd level)
> 1x queen (2nd level)
> 1x queen (2nd level)
> 1x single with small single sofa bed, BYO linen for this (2nd level)
> 1x family bathroom with bath (2nd floor)

All linen and towels are provided to ensure your stay is hassle free!

Please BYO wood for the pizza oven and fire pit. Please note that the table by the pizza oven should not be used near the fire due to its proximity to the wooden fence.

Walk to the Ocean Grove Beach, Barwon River, and Ocean Grove shops, cafes and restaurants; 5 minute drive/15 minute bike ride to Barwon Heads, 10 minute drive to Adventure Park Geelong water slides.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
We do not accept parties, events or schoolies. Please be respectful of our neighbours after 9pm.

Please remove shoes when inside the house.

We do not accept young groups.
