Group restrictions - All adult guests must be over the age of 30. No guests under 18 unless accompanied by parents

Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond, immediate termination, and loss of all payments

House guests only, visitors are not allowed to enter the property under any circumstances unless specific permission is given by Pacific Accommodation.

No parties or excessive noise – fees and eviction will apply for security callouts (in response to ‘The Quiet Hotline Security Service’)
