Conveniently positioned in the suburb of Belmont, this fantastic home lies just a short drive from Perth’s key attractions – the Swan River, Kings Park and stunning city beaches. Within the neighbourhood, guests can explore pretty parks and playgrounds and enjoy dining, shopping and entertainment right on your doorstep.

This light-filled, single-level home is designed around open-plan living and dining, flowing directly to the patio and swimming pool. Cook up a feast and dine outdoors. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher for easy clean-up. In the evenings, take your pick from two lounge areas, each with a TV for enjoying movie nights at home. The house also comes stocked with plenty of books and board games.

Three bedrooms sleep six guests, offering ceiling fans and central cooling for a comfortable night’s sleep. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobe, dedicated workspace, TV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and boasts direct access to the patio. In the third bedroom, two single beds cater to those travelling in a group or with the kids. Within the main bathroom, guests can enjoy a full-sized bathtub and spacious shower, while a separate internal laundry and toilet add to your holiday convenience.
