Welcome to Coastal Palms, a recently renovated, modern beach house offering relaxed coastal living just a short 5-minute walk (400m) to beautiful Warilla Beach. Sleeping up to 9 guests, this spacious family-friendly retreat features stylish interiors, a large secure backyard, and a private garden studio with its own living space, providing extra room for families and groups.
Perfect for beach days, outdoor adventures and relaxing by the coast, Coastal Palms combines comfort, convenience, and modern beachside charm.
The Space:
Coastal Palms has been thoughtfully renovated to create a fresh, modern, and comfortable coastal escape with plenty of space for everyone.
The property includes three bedrooms in the main house plus a separate private garden studio, offering flexible accommodation for families, extended stays, or groups wanting additional space.
Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1: King bed with ceiling fan
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ceiling fan
Bedroom 3: Two single bunk beds with portable fan
Garden Studio: King bed + separate living space with futon suitable for 1 child
The garden studio provides a private retreat separate from the main house, featuring a comfortable king bed and its own relaxed living area with a TV and streaming services (no free to air), ideal for teenagers, grandparents, or guests wanting a little extra privacy.
Please note: The garden studio does not include a private bathroom or toilet. Guests staying in the studio will have access to the bathroom and toilet facilities located within the main house. Access is easy via the backyard and rear laundry door, allowing guests to move between the studio and main home conveniently.
The renovated open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is bright and welcoming, featuring modern appliances, reverse-cycle split system air conditioning, comfortable seating, and a large TV perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, making meal preparation easy during your stay.
The home has been thoughtfully renovated to include two modern, bright bathrooms, offering added comfort and convenience for families and larger groups. The main bathroom features a stylish twin shower, vanity, and toilet, while the second bathroom includes a separate shower, freestanding bath, vanity, and toilet, perfect for relaxing bath after a day at the beach. The internal laundry includes a washing machine and ironing facilities for guest convenience.
Step outside into the spacious, fully fenced backyard, perfect for outdoor pets, BBQs, family gatherings, and enjoying the fresh coastal air. The outdoor dining area provides a comfortable place to relax and soak up the coastal atmosphere.

Beaches: Walking distance to the stunning Warilla Beach (5min walk, 400m), a favourite for swimming, surfing, and long walks along the sand - this beach is patrolled October - April.
Little Lake: a picturesque tidal lagoon popular with families and kids, is just 1.4km away - a short, easy walk from Warilla Beach. It’s a great spot for swimming, paddleboarding, or picnicking by the calm, shallow waters, making it a favourite for visitors of all ages.
Outdoor Activities: Enjoy fishing, paddleboarding, or picnicking at nearby Little Lake or Lake Illawarra. There are also great walking and cycling tracks for exploring the coastline.
Dining & Shopping: You’ll find local cafés, takeaways, and restaurants close by, as well as Warilla Grove Shopping Centre for all your essentials.
Nearby Attractions: The Waterfront Marina precinct is just a short drive away, offering cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and a family-friendly foreshore.
Getting Around:
On-street and off-street parking are available. The property is conveniently located close to public transport, local shops, and coastal walks.
Other Things to Note:
Safety Notice: The property features a pond in the backyard. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times while on the premises.
Payment Terms:
We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.
Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking - a payment request will be issued upon booking any stay over 14 days.
Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.
Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.
Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
If you’re bringing your pet, please remember to bring their own bedding and bowls, and ensure all mess is cleaned up before departure. Pets are strictly outdoor only, if there is any evidence of pets inside the home, additional cleaning fees will apply.
Guests must comply with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct during their stay.
