The space
The stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home (plus study) offers open-plan living, custom Sheoak cabinetry, polished timber floors, ducted air-conditioning, and wrap-around verandas perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset wine overlooking the fields. The outdoor resort-style bathroom adds a touch of indulgence, and the pool lights, switched on near the shed, create a magical evening glow.

Guest access
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Directions and key instructions will be sent the day before or on the morning of arrival.
Check out is no later than 10 am.

We do not offer refunds for:
-Rooms appearing smaller than photos
-Less storage space than expected
-Minor differences from photos due to regular updates
-Natural scents from cleaning products
-Minor dust if property was vacant prior to arrival
-Small items accidentally left by cleaners (e.g., mop under bed)
*We strive to provide all guests with the best experience at optimum standards however please be mindful, prior to booking, that this property is within a rural atmosphere- therefore it is more prone to dust build up and the presence of small insects.
POOL
-Pool is not heated.
-We do not refund for natural elements like dust or leaves blown by wind.
-Pool is regularly cleaned and maintained.
