The Space:
Welcome to Cozy Escape, a charming one-bedroom apartment located just a 5-minute walk from Isla Verde Beach — one of the most stunning beaches in Puerto Rico and a top urban beach in the Caribbean. While not beachfront, this apartment’s prime location puts you within easy reach of countless dining and nightlife options. You’ll love the city and pool views from this relaxing retreat.
The apartment includes one comfortable queen bed, accommodating up to two guests. Cozy Escape is the perfect choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and parking for one vehicle in one of Isla Verde’s best locations. The property is also just a quick 5–7 minute drive from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
PLEASE NOTE: This building offers access to a coin laundry, where guests can access washers & dryers. We don't have them selected in the amenities as we don't have control over this space and it can become unavailable if the administration decides to. A washer and dryer IS NOT included in the listing.

As you enter the apartment, you’ll find a stylish kitchenette with bright, vivid red cabinetry on your right and closet space on your left, leading to a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area features a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, providing a cozy space to unwind after a day at the beach. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze and neighborhood views — the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening drink.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.

Cozy Escape features a stylish kitchenette with bright red cabinetry and black countertops, giving the space a bold touch. It comes fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker — everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
We recommend moving around via Uber if staying within the general Isla Verde and San Juan area.
If you decide to rent a car, Cozy Escape includes one (1) unassigned parking spot. Once you have checked-in, the parking pass is located on the kitchen counter.
LOCATION
Cozy Escape is located near Isla Verde Beach, Puerto Rico, one of the best urban beaches in the Caribbean. The beach stretches for 1.5 miles, and the Isla Verde area offers a wide variety of dining and nightlife options. The apartment is just 5 minutes from the airport, with car rentals, supermarkets, a Walgreens, and multiple hotels and casinos all within walking distance.
There are many things to do in the surrounding area; here are some of our favorites:
Chill at the beach! It is one of our favorite beaches in Puerto Rico and a must-do if you are staying at Cozy Escape. The apartment has beach chairs, towels, and coolers for a long day at the beach.
Lunch or dinner at La Placita de Santurce; a local market with 20+ restaurants and awesome nightlife. We love Santaella restaurant; a local cuisine with a modern approach located in La Placita.
Shop at The Mall of San Juan. This brand new mall is a 10-minute drive from the apartment and has excellent shops and dining options.
Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 30-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.
Spend a day in Old San Juan. Cozy Escape is a 15 min drive away from the oldest city in all of the US. There is a lot of history to be seen and great food and drinks to savor.

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 2 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
